Dr. Schuck enjoys treating patients at Great Smiles of Hicksville and has brought a revolutionary, patient-centered approach to Hicksville. He has been in private practice for 22 years. Dr. Schuck takes tremendous pride in cosmetic dentistry and treating families. He enjoys running and biking across Long Island and spending time with his family of Alyssa, and children Akiva, Hillel, and Meira.
Dr. Shin
Dr. Shin received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the UCLA School of Dentistry and completed advanced training through a residency at Long Island Jewish Medical Center. After several years of practicing general dentistry in New York City, Dr. Shin chose to specialize in periodontics, completing her residency at Temple University’s Kornberg School of Dentistry. She is a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology and board-certified in both periodontology and dental implant surgery. With a strong focus on the latest advancements in periodontal and implant therapies, she is committed to helping patients achieve lasting oral health in a supportive, welcoming environment. During her free time, she enjoys hiking and spending time with her family.

Marnie
Hygienist
Marnie recently joined the team at Great Smiles of Hicksville as a Dental Hygienist. She has been working in the field for over 24 years. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Towson State University in 1996 and completed the Dental Hygiene program at SUNY Farmingdale in 1998. She has worked at dental offices in Manhattan before moving back to Long Island in 2005 to start a family.
Marnie took time off to raise her son Jackson, who is now 15 and daughter Ali, who is 12 but went back to work in 2018. “Although I loved staying home with my children, I was eager to get back to being able to help patients not only take care of their gums and their teeth, but understanding the importance of maintaining their oral health. It is important to me that all of our patients feel comfortable when sitting in my chair by being caring, understanding and professional.”
In her free time, she like to spend time with her husband Mark, their two children and two dogs, Ozzy and Navy. They love going to Montauk, spending time at the beach and spending time with our family and friends.

Dental assistant
Ana has worked at Great Smiles of Hicksville since 2020. She has worked in the dental fields for 10+ years. In her free time, Ana likes to spend time with her husband and two kids. She also enjoys cooking and doing yoga.
